Dreamtime Connections
Australia’s rich Indigenous culture is an integral part of our national identity. Dreamtime Connections offers universities, schools, and educational campuses in NSW an opportunity to deepen their understanding of Aboriginal traditions and create genuine connections to Country, fostering a greater respect for the land, its history and its people.
We believe in the power of education to shape inclusive futures and through Dreamtime Connections, we provide avenues for learning that are grounded in Indigenous knowledge systems, storytelling, and appreciation.
The Program
Dreamtime Connections works in partnership with Two Walking Wombats, a respected Aboriginal cultural and educational organisation led by Aboriginal Elder Uncle John and Aunty Liz, dedicated to preserving and sharing their cultural knowledge. They create immersive and educational experiences that inspire understanding and respect for Indigenous history, culture and values. The FREE 1 hour program will include a Welcome to Country, Dreamtime Story Telling and Aboriginal Artifacts where International Students will be welcomed to join and learn together as to why NSW is a premier study destination.
